The surrounding homes are fairly nice but the unit and the complex that it's in looks run down. Maybe it's the rainy weather but it didn't capture my eyes like some of the other places.

I just took some pictures from the outside of this place. I thought it would be good to use this as a gauge for pricing and what to look for. It's not as "nice" as I thought from the listing page but it's in a nice seclude, clean neighborhood.

This is the next unit we are going to see. It's located near El Camino Real and Lawrence Expressway. According to Redfin, it's going for $399,000 and the listing has been up for 97 days. The square footage is 1347 and the place was built back in 1983.
